Weekly Announcements:
- This Monday, May 11 is our Women’s Fellowship at church at 6pm. We have a special program for you…A SPA DAY. You come as you are and go away relaxed and renewed. Invite a friend.
- Bible Study group will meet at the church Wednesday, May 13 at 7 p.m.
- Sunday May 17, Graduates Breakfast potluck 8:45 a.m. Then recognize them during worship service. Congregation is giving each a Bible. There will be a basket for cards if you wish. Congratulations: Justine Jackson, Dominic Carter, and August Bonavia.
- Sunday May 17 is our Work Day at Camp Farwesta right after church. Lunch will be provided. Contact Lori if you can help or need more details. We have been assigned the Tabernacle as our cleaning project.
- The Camp Farwesta Caretaker House has been completed. Thanks for all the generous donations that made construction of this house possible.
- VBS for Smithville is scheduled for July 27-30 in the evenings, Castle of Courage. Still collecting toilet paper and paper towel rolls, along with large cardboard boxes or panels. Looking for teachers and helpers for VBS. If you’d like to help get ready for it or help during, please contact Whitney Lyons.
- Senior High CARAVAN this summer for students who finished 9th grade thru grade 12. Dates June 5 -16. Registration on Midlands MC website. More info will be available soon.
- We have links to register for all the camps, Youth Camps and Spectacular and Family Camp. Camp Dates and Fees for 2026 are:
- Children's Camp, June 5-6, $80
- Camp Haven, June 7-11, Free
- Junior High Camp, June 21-25, $300
- Family Camp, June 27-July 2, $185 per person
- Junior Camp, July 5-8, $235
- Spectacular at Graceland University, July 11-17, $500
